The iQGrip Starter Pack is a complete pickleball grip — not an add-on. Unlike a full-handle sleeve that applies one fixed pattern, iQGrip's orthotic-style inserts let you decide what each one does. Put one in the cavity under your palm and it fills unsupported space, so the paddle settles into your hand with less squeeze. Put one on the side of the handle and it becomes an anchor point your hand can find without looking. Most setups do some of both.
You feel the new shape the first time you pick up the paddle. The consistency — your hand returning to the same place without thinking about it — builds over your first few sessions. Nothing that gives your handle its shape has to come off, and nothing is permanent: unwrap, move an insert, re-wrap.
