This Privacy Policy describes how iQGrip — a DBA of Pickleball Republic, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, 7037 High Tech Dr, Midvale, UT 84047 ("iQGrip", "we", "us") — collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit iqgrip.com, make a purchase, or contact us.

What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number (if you provide one at checkout), billing and shipping address, and order details when you buy; your email when you join our list; whatever you include when you write to us.
- Payment information is collected and processed by our payment processors (such as Shopify Payments / Shop Pay). Full card numbers are handled by those processors, not stored on our systems.
- Information collected automatically: device, browser, IP address, and how you use our site (pages viewed, items added to cart), collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
The tracking tools we actually use
We believe in telling you plainly. Our site currently uses:
- Shopify — our store platform, checkout, and analytics.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads — site analytics, advertising measurement, and enhanced conversions (which shares a hashed version of your email with Google after a purchase so ads can be measured accurately).
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — advertising measurement and audiences for our Meta ads.
- Google Tag Manager — the container that loads the tags above.
These partners may use cookies or similar technologies and process data as described in their own privacy policies. Under some U.S. state laws, sharing data with advertising partners like these can be considered "selling" or "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising. How we use your information
To fulfill and ship your orders, provide customer support and handle returns, send order updates, send marketing email if you subscribed, improve the site, measure and run our advertising, and prevent fraud.
How we share it
With service providers who run the store on our behalf (Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, email service); with the advertising and analytics partners listed above; and if ever required by law. We do not sell your information for money, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Your choices
- Advertising opt-out: visit to restrict Shopify's ad services for merchants like us, and use your browser's cookie controls to block or delete cookies (parts of the site may work less well). You can also opt out directly with our ad partners via their tools (Google's Ads Settings, Meta's Ad Preferences).
- Marketing email: unsubscribe via the link in any email. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we'll still send transactional emails about your orders (confirmations, shipping, returns).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to appeal a decision we make about a request. Email and we will verify and respond as applicable law requires. We will never treat you differently for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows; we may need to verify your identity directly.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards and rely on Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout, but no online service is 100% secure — please don't send sensitive information by email.
Retention. We keep information as long as needed for orders, support, legal, and accounting purposes, then delete or de-identify it.
Children. Our store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
International. We are based in the United States and process data here. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to the U.S.
Changes. We may update this policy as our practices or the law change; we will post the new version here with an updated date.
