IQ Grip offers a hassle-free 30-day return policy, starting from the day the package is delivered. In order to receive your money back and postage paid, iQGrip must receive the grip and all components that were sent with it. We guarantee that you will like our grip, or your money back with postage paid.

Lost and stolen packages in transit / incorrectly addressing the package are the sole responsibility of the postage company or customer, and IQ Grip does not hold liability for such occurrences.
