Shipping Policy
We aim to ship every order from Utah within 5 business days of payment — usually much sooner. If we ever can't ship within 5 business days, we'll email you right away with the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Free shipping on all orders of $100 or more. Smaller orders ship at the carrier rate shown at checkout.
Free shipping applies to U.S. addresses. International orders ship at the rate shown at checkout and may be subject to customs duties and taxes charged on delivery, which are the recipient's responsibility; delivery estimates don't include time in customs.
If tracking is available for your shipment, we'll email it when your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order, and contact us promptly if anything's wrong with it.
Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is the carrier's estimate. If anything looks stuck, lost, or misdelivered, email — we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
