The iQGrip Core Pack is a complete pickleball grip system. Six ergonomic grip inserts reshape the handle underneath, and two iQGrip overgrips wrap over the top. Nothing else to buy — though you can also combine the inserts with your favorite overgrip brand to build the ultimate setup for your game.
Where you place each insert decides what it does. In the cavity under your palm, it fills unsupported space for a more settled hold with less squeeze. On the side of the handle, it becomes an anchor point your hand learns to find without looking. Six inserts is enough to do both on the same paddle — or to fit up to two paddles the same way.
The new shape is there the moment you pick the paddle up. The consistency builds over your first few sessions, as your hand gets used to where the support sits. Everything that shapes your handle stays where it is — move an insert whenever you want and start again, it takes minutes.
