iQGrip is a set of contoured inserts that reshape the handle itself — like a shoe insert, but for your paddle. It fits your palm, stays put without the squeeze, and gives your hand a reference point it learns to return to — session after session. You’ll feel the new shape the first time you pick it up; the consistency builds from there. Play it for 30 days — if it’s not for you, return it free.

On in minutes. Three simple steps.

  1. 1Unwrap your overgrip — or leave it on. Most players unwrap (everything that shapes the handle — base tape, foam, moulding — stays put). Prefer zero teardown? Lay the inserts right over the factory grip — the finished handle just comes out a little thicker.
  2. 2Place the inserts where your hand needs support, secured with the included adhesive strips. We suggest the Comfort setup to start — one large insert in the palm — or see the other configurations →
  3. 3Wrap and play. The included iQGrip overgrip goes over the top — or use your own favourite.

What a custom fit gets you

Handles are straight. Hands aren’t. iQGrip reshapes the exact spots where your hand needs support or an anchor point — and you can move them whenever you like.

FILLING THE GAP BETWEEN PALM AND PADDLE

Your palm meets a straight handle at a few contact points with space in between. Fill that space and the paddle settles into your hand — comfort you notice straight away, and less of the squeeze that wears your hand down.

AN ANCHOR POINT YOUR HAND LEARNS

A contour you feel the moment you pick it up. Over a few sessions your hand starts finding it on its own — and your grip stops varying.

A FIT YOU KEEP TUNING

Move an insert, add one, trim one. The setup changes as your game does.

Support where you need it. An anchor point to reset your grip against.

One kit. Infinite configurations.

Fill the gaps under your palm. Thicken the whole grip. Add anchor points for your fingers. Build up the bottom so the paddle stays planted in your hand. Trim an insert to size. One kit, endless grips.

“The great thing about the iQgrips is that it allows the same paddle stability with less exertion of grip pressure. The science behind it is sound and I can’t imagine not using them now.”

“By alleviating grip pressure, I have felt a much greater level of control over the paddle, and in-turn, the ball. Paddle manufacturers don’t know your hands, or how you like to hold the paddle. Luckily, now, they don’t need to. The iQGrip lets me mold the handle of my paddle to the exact feel that I want, and has raised my game because of it.”

JOOLA Pro · 5.0

“Being someone who obsesses with the weight, balance, and swing weight, it wasn’t until I took the plunge and tried iQGrip that I found the missing piece to complete my paddle puzzle. My paddle just feels good to hold and swing. I would recommend iQGrip to anyone looking to upgrade their game.”

It makes me feel like I have a custom-made grip. It adds comfort, support and aides in an even grip that allows full palm contact.

Corinne Wilmarth✓ iQGrip customer

The paddle fits my hand so much better, and there is no evidence of slipping. It is a great product.

Mary Cornwell✓ iQGrip customer

After proper installation, I found I had better racquet control, less hand fatigue and seemed like I was able to hit faster. I will put on all my paddles.

Common questions

Do I have to take my grip apart?
Just the outer layer — and even that’s optional. Most players unwrap the overgrip (everything that shapes the handle — base tape, foam, moulding — stays put), place the inserts, and wrap the included overgrip over the top. Prefer zero teardown? Leave the factory overgrip on and wrap over everything — the handle just comes out a little thicker. Either way, minutes.
How is this different from just adding overgrip?
An overgrip adds thickness evenly, all the way around — it makes the whole handle bigger. iQGrip changes the handle’s shape in the specific places your hand needs support, and leaves the rest alone.
What if I put them in the wrong place?
Move them. Unwrap the overgrip, reposition, re-wrap. Most players spend a session or two finding their setup — that’s normal, and it’s the point.
Will it fit my paddle? What about small or large hands?
The inserts fit standard pickleball paddle handles, and no sizing chart is needed — you place each insert individually. Two insert sizes ship in every kit: smaller hands typically start with one insert placed for palm contact; larger hands often use more inserts to build the handle up.
What if it isn’t for me?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery with all the original components and you get your money back. We pay the return postage.
